Kenosha County, Wisconsin Warrant Search

Section 968.04 of the Wisconsin Statutes states that the issuance of a warrant is dependent on the establishment of probable cause supported by an affidavit. Per 968.04(3), a Kenosha County warrant must

  • Be in writing
  • State the name of the person to be arrested, if known
  • Include the date of issuance and the name and official title of the issuing judge
  • State the crime, the section charged, and the number of the section alleged to have been violated
  • Command that the individual against whom the complaint was made be arrested and brought before the judge
